Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • The item is not as described or incorrectly shipped.
  • The return request is submitted within 1 day of receipt.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer
3.3 Process for Refunds

Customers must contact our support team with proof of purchase and photos. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.
